Benchmark Tutoring

We understand students may need additional academic support this semester. Our tutors have experience with different learner characteristics, skills screening, lesson planning, and breaking down complex topics into smaller, understandable components. Applying that knowledge and our passion to help students succeed, we will do our best to support each student with their studies.

Parent Review (Grade 6 Math)

Both myself and her teacher find she’s really improved with her math this semester. She leaves each session more confident than before. She did exceptionally well in math this term, receiving full marks in all math areas. The individual support shes’s received has helped her grasp concepts, which has translated into her increased accuracy and confidence. She is very proud of her accomplishments and looks forward to her time tutoring with you.

Taught Virtually

Tutoring sessions are delivered virtually using video conference software (such as Zoom), Click Meeting (which includes interactive whiteboard), or Kahoot.

Instructors

All of our instructors are either enrolled in or completed post secondary education. In addition, our instructors have criminal record checks and child abuse registry checks.

Scheduling

You can book one tutoring session or more, it’s completely up to you! There is no minimum amount of sessions that need to be scheduled. Sessions can be from 30 minutes up to 120 minutes.

The Process

1. Determine the students needs.

2. Match student with tutor.

3. Schedule tutoring sessions.

4. Provide tutoring.

5. Follow up.

Billing & Costs

• Prices range from $12 to $40 (plus tax) per session.

• Billing is either biweekly or monthly.

• Payment plans are available.
